ntfy on cinnabar kept messages for its default 12 hours.
A phone off ZeroTier for longer than that missed the alerts sent meanwhile.
cinnabar now sets cache-duration to 168h; the nixpkgs module already keeps the cache in a file under ntfy's state directory, so messages also survive restarts.

The runbook, the reference architecture and ADR-009 say a week, charter v24 records the operator's decision, and the open fleet-collection change renames world assumption A42 to match, with the two requirements that cite it.

the expected notices, which the operator received.

The runbook's Android steps now warn against accepting the ntfy app's offer
to trust the server's certificate. The app then pins that exact leaf and
trusts nothing else for the server, and caddy replaces the leaf every 12
hours, so the subscription fails with a certificate fingerprint mismatch;
caddy's root installed as a CA certificate needs no pin.
